Michael Votel, who goes by his middle name, Tyler, is an associate attorney at Jones Kahan Law. He was born-and-raised just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati where he graduated with magna cum laude distinction. He earned his law degree at Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law and graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, he also acted as a senior editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review. An article of his was published in the 2019 edition of the Northern Kentucky Law Review Journal.
Mr. Votel spent nearly all of his law school career as a law clerk for Jones Kahan Law. During that time, he gained significant experience in dealing with personal injury and civil litigation. He has dedicated his career thus far to assisting victims of injuries, keeping with the Jones Kahan Law model of taking a hands-on and personal approach to every case.
Mr. Votel handles all types of personal injury cases, including, but not limited to, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, traumatic brain injuries, dog bits, post office cases, and disfigurement cases. He is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives the financial recovery that they deserve.
When he is not working, Mr. Votel enjoys working out, playing video games with his friends, and spending time with his family.
