Monica Carson is a litigation attorney at Jones Kahan Law. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned her undergraduate degree at Miami University in Family Studies. She earned her law degree from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Monica joined the firm after practicing in corporate and compliance law at a Financial Investment Firm in Michigan. She was known for her expertise in contract negotiations. This expertise is now being used to help negotiate settlements for her clients that have been wrongfully injured. Monica assists clients in all stages of their personal injury claim from their initial meeting to brokering their settlement agreement.

When she isn’t working Monica enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends, working on her blog and going to the park with her husband and dog.
